Sr. Analyst, Clinical Operations:

MedMinedTM services from Cardinal Health help reduce the human and economic cost of infections. With healthcare-associated infections (HAIs) killing 240 Americans every day, MedMinedTM services have become an integral part of more than 250 hospital operations throughout the nation. MedMinedTM services enable hospitals to produce measurable cost savings and quality of care improvements.
The typical duties performed by the Sr. Analyst, Clinical Operations on a daily basis are:

Implementing Clinical and lab workflow software in hospitals
Serves as a primary point of client contact for assistance with customer service issues
Responsible for expanding secondary use of the MedMined system throughout the client facility
Working closely with nursing, pharmacy, laboratory, and IT personnel within a hospital or acute setting
Displaying strong industry and product knowledge
Participates in the scheduling, development, and presentation of a variety of educational offerings
Troubleshooting Software problems, as needed
 

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Medical discipline or equivalent training. MPH or RN degree preferred. Coursework in microbiology and pharmaceutical-related science desired.
Practical clinical experience is required.  Microbiology and pharmaceutical (particularly antimicrobial) knowledge desired
At least 2 years experience in an IT or hospital implementation role, particularly HL7.
Intermediate to Expert experience with MS Applications
