Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling multiple projects with limited supervision and working in a small team      environment
Participate in development of system layout and design to meet customer configuration requirements at client site (mainly nationally but some international)
Implement and support network systems and services (HL7 experience)
Actively participates as team member resolving technical support troubleshooting to resolution
Assist in documenting information services, policies, and procedures.
Must possess strong communication skills, and be a team player in order to routinely participate in knowledge exchange with his/her technical peers, as well as positive attitude are essential
Provide support outside of normal hours of operation and/or weekends according to client needs
 

Qualifications
1.      At least 5 years network experience including infrastructure, security, and administration
2.      Bachelor degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
3.      National travel 50% and international travel <10%.
4.      MCSE and/or CISSP required
5.      Experience in a HL7 environment required
6.      Configuration and maintenance of Layer 3 switches and routers (ideally Cisco & Foundry 
         Networks)
7.      Advanced understanding of deploying and supporting Microsoft Windows 2003, IIS, SQL 2005
         server and associated networked systems.
8.      Microsoft Windows and SQL 2005 clustering experience
9.      At least 2-4 years of client/server installation, maintenance and/or support experience interfacing
         with external customers
10.    Understanding of security systems. (e.g. Firewalls, VPN, NAT, IDS/IPS, and security tools)
11.    Firewall configuration and administration (ideally Juniper)
12.    Experience configuring and maintenance of ISCSI SANs (ideally EqualLogic)
13.   Good understanding of VMware infrastructure.
14.   Familiarity with various networking analysis and management tools
15.   Experience with Tier 2 and 3 level support along with end user at client locations.
16.   Experience with data/voice/video conferencing is also required, as is skills with networking protocols such as TCP/IP and OSI Model.
