Role: Manager of Sales Administration

Assignment Capsule
As a manager of sales administration you will: act as a resource liaison supporting both sales acquisitions and account renewals, effectively distributing resources to meet staffing requirements.

  • Provide administrative leadership for a team of managers and sales associates
  • Supervise the sales support staff to ensure the efficient, accurate and timely completion of all processes and transactions that affect sales results
  • Explain and enforce policies and procedures consistent with Humana's guidelines and goals, identifying and developing methods for continuous improvement at all levels
  • Partner closely with the Market Director to ensure regulatory compliance and to improve human capital strategies, business planning and management

Role Essentials
  • Prior administrative management experience, preferably in the health solutions industry
  • Valid state health and life insurance licenses


Role Desirables
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or a related field

Reporting Relationships
You will have 1-2 direct reports, and you will report to a Market Director.
