Implementation Coordinator:
Cardinal Health’s MedMined services help reduce the human and economic cost of infections. With healthcare-associated infections (HAIs) killing 240 Americans every day, MedMined services have become an integral part of more than 250 hospital operations throughout the nation. MedMined services enable hospitals to produce measurable cost savings and quality of care improvements
Summary
The Implementation Coordinator is responsible for supporting the overall implementation process for the MedMined™ services.
Duties
Assists with monitoring and tracking the progress of all implementations on the team.
Provides project summaries and updating project metrics.
Partners with Project Coordinators, Sales and Customer Service early in the process to develop implementation project plans.
Works with the Implementation Project Manager to develop consistent methodologies based on best practices for efficiently implementing the services.
Qualifications
Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access, Visio and Power Point.
Familiar with SharePoint and MS Project.
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience in IT healthcare industry a plus.
